Return conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with labels attached).
  
• Sale items can also be returned, unless stated otherwise.
  
• For hygiene reasons, accessories (such as undercaps or headscarves) can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
  

How does returning work?

1. Send an email to [your email address] including your order number and the item you wish to return.
   
2. You will receive the return instructions from us.
   
3. Carefully package the item and send it back to the provided address.
   
4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days.

With the right care, your sports outfit will stay beautiful, fresh, and comfortable for longer. Follow these tips:

Washing

• Wash inside out to protect colors and prints.
  
• Use a cold or lukewarm wash cycle (30 °C).
  
• Choose a gentle cycle without intensive spinning.
  
• Use a mild detergent; avoid fabric softener (it can reduce breathability).
  

Drying

• Air dry, preferably laid flat or on a hanger.
  
• Avoid the dryer: heat can damage elasticity and fit.
  

Ironing

• Ironing is usually not necessary.
  
• If needed, use the lowest heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
  

Extra tips

• Avoid abrasive surfaces (such as rough benches or Velcro) to prevent pilling or damage.
  
• Wash dark colors separately or with similar shades.
  
• Store your sports outfit in a dry place, not in a damp gym bag.
